-Help

There are a variety of ways you can help the Freehold fulfill its purposes.

  • If you're too busy to volunteer, you can make a donation at the Market.

  • If you are available to volunteer on-site at an Event, send an email to contact@bc-freehold.org and we will let the event organizer know you are available.

  • If you are an artist, craftsman or expert, and would like to teach a workshop, lead an activity or be a guest speaker at an Event, send an email to contact@bc-freehold.org with an introduction.

  • If you are an artist or craftsman, and would like to donate or sell your work at the Market, send an email to contact@bc-freehold.org for more information.

  • If you are a writer, and would like to write an article for The Freeholder Magazine, send an email to speaker@bc-freehold.org with a proposal.

-Become a Freehold Member

Check here soon for a full explanation of the process of becoming a Freehold member. After a request is approved, new members are non-voting Freehold Friends for a trial period of six months before becoming eligible for voting membership.

As soon as possible, you will also be able to pay your dues online at the Market.

But in the meantime, to become a Freehold member, read the bylaws so you understand how we operate, and then email speaker@bc-freehold.org, or send snail-mail to the mailing address on the Contact Page, stating your interest and giving us a brief introduction.

We also suggest you join one our public email forums if you would like to chat a bit first.
